  • Please note that no live or amplified music will be allowed.
  • Equipment needs will be determined by the stART Logistics team based on the information provided in this application.
  • We have limited access to electricity and may not be able to accommodate all requests. The stART Logistics team will determine eligibility based on the information provided in the application.
  • If you are going to bring a generator, please note the new Worcester Fire Code: All generators must have a 20: BC extinguisher placed in front of the machine, which must be 12ft from the booth and encased by a cone with tape or a kiddie fence, just to delineate where it is. Generators cannot be refilled on-site; they can only be replaced.
  • Space determinations are made at the discretion of the stART Logistics team using the information provided in this application.
  • Arrival instructions will be sent to the email specified in this application.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to reject any application at their discretion.
