  • stART does not have access to running water during the festival. Any demonstrations which require more than drinking water must provide their own. (Individual-sized bottled drinking water will be available for sale around the festival.)
  • Space determinations are made at the discretion of the stART Logistics team using the information provided below. stART may reach out with additional questions, please make every effort to respond promptly.
  • Arrival instructions will be sent to the email specified below approximately 10 days before the festival. Please communicate any questions or concerns ASAP, as the days leading up to the festival tend to be very hectic for organizers and we want to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone!
  • Event organizers reserve the right to reject any application at their discretion.
  • A key element of our mission is to elevate the voices and experiences of historically marginalized groups to highlight the current and historical diversity of our city and region. We welcome and celebrate demonstrations from artists, organizations, and community members who identify as Black, Indigenous, POC, refugee, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, or persons living with a disability.
