I am a woodworker who specializes in creating unique spoons and cutting boards. I use a variety of hardwoods including maple, cherry, beech, purple heart, bloodwood, rosewood, paduak, oak, 150 year old walnut, and extinct American chestnut. Many of them are recycled from fallen trees, spalted firewood, and old barns.
