Creative Dexterity

My name is Lauren Anabela. I am an artist, metalsmith and founder of Creative Dexterity, which I began in 2007. Ever since I was little I have loved to explore and create things. I'm a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA and major in 3D/Metals. I have managed to put my degree to use by teaching at the Worcester Center for Crafts and have always kept my mind and hands busy by creating. By not limiting myself to a particular medium or category, I have developed an eclectic style that best conveys my personality and interests. I use raw materials as well as found objects to create all sorts of things, from hand-painted totes to intricately detailed sterling silver rings. Though my work is diverse, my enthusiasm, quirky sense of humor, care and skill are contained in every detail of my creations.
